Welcome to my IAE 2011 blog that I'll be using to record what will be an inspiring expedition to Antarctica in March 2011 and also a sweaty cycle to Ireland in November 2010.Hopefully this space will also become a smörgåsbord for interesting and entertaining articles, videos and interviews that I find on my travels.
